COLEMAN AYERS | FOUNDER
Coleman co-founded ADAPT in 2024, and is also the founder of By Any Means Basketball, a global training organization geared towards revolutionizing basketball training.
Coleman oversees all player and culture development and although he spends a bulk of the fall and winter on the road growing basketball around the world, is located in Miami to work with players of all levels from youth to NBA.
ELIJAH LOMAX | COACH
Elijah joined the team in 2022 as an intern and quickly worked his way up to his Director of Youth Development and Head of Coaching positions. He specializes in skills training and team coaching at all levels and has developed programs to breed incredible results for our athletes over the past few years, learning from some of the best in the industry.
MIKE ELUKI | OPERATIONS
Mike, originally from Brussels, Belgium, has established himself as the gym's Swiss army knife, as he has helped coaching, training, and continues to work as our Strength & Conditioning coach as well as on the operations side of ADAPT. If you're looking to reach out to get started, Mike will be the guy to talk to!
CAM WELLS | CONTENT
Cam, originally from North Carolina, is the Director of Content at both DETAIL and By Any Means, and works relentlessly to ensure our athletes are provided with the highest-level content in the space!
ELI WHITE | COACH/CONTENT
Eli, originally from Maryland, is the newest addition to our team. After conquering the DETAIL Summer Internship, he's taken our 6th grade ADAPT Academy team to new heights, and has helped our content team take our production to new levels!
